Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

Returns will be accepted only if a wrong item was delivered or if the item was damaged during delivery. In all other cases, returns are not possible since our products are custom handmade according to your order. Each piece of art is handcrafted and unique.

Damage caused during delivery should be inspected at the time of delivery, and our delivery associate will record the findings. If found satisfactory, we shall arrange a collection at no additional cost.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this period, the item will be considered damaged by the customer. Orders returned in damaged condition will not be refunded.

How do I place a return/replacement request?

  1. Raise a return/replacement request within 24 hours from the date of delivery if your product has issues as listed above.
  2. To initiate the request, please send an email to hello@plantersparadise.store or reach out to us on WhatsApp with the following details clearly mentioned:
    • Your order number
    • Name of product(s)
    • Quantity of items you are returning
    • Photo of the damaged or wrong item
    • Additional details (if any)
  3. Our Customer Service team will respond within 24 hours with further return instructions.

2. Refunds

For returns received within 5 days in their original packed condition, refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.

3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items

Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Discounted Items

Items that are on discount, promotion, sold as bundle deals, or sold during festive offers are not eligible for return or exchange.
