Free Delivery on Orders Above AED 300

Planters Paradise offers free delivery across the UAE on all orders of AED 300 or more.

Orders below AED 300 will be charged a delivery fee based on the destination location, as outlined below.

  • Dubai (excluding Hatta) – AED 25
  • Dubai (Hatta) – AED 150
  • Abu Dhabi – AED 50
  • Al Ain – AED 65
  • Abu Dhabi Remote Areas (Ruwais, Gwaifath, Al Sila, Al Batha, Liwa) – AED 500
  • Sharjah (excluding Khor Fakkan) – AED 65
  • Sharjah (Khor Fakkan) – AED 135
  • Ajman – AED 50
  • Umm Al Quwain – AED 20
  • Ras Al Khaimah – AED 80
  • Fujairah – AED 140

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 business days within the UAE.
  • While we aim to deliver most orders within 3–7 business days, some deliveries may arrive sooner depending on location and order volume.
  • In rare cases of delay, our customer support team will proactively contact you with updates.
  • For bulk or large-volume orders, delivery schedules will be planned by our logistics team, and you will be contacted with a confirmed delivery timeline.

Shipping Guidelines

  • Deliveries are not conducted on Sundays or UAE public holidays.
  • Standard delivery hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Delivery charges for remote locations and border areas may vary and are subject to change. For confirmation of charges in your area, please contact our customer support team.

Shipping Fee Refunds

  1. If an incorrect item is delivered or a product is damaged during transit, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to our customer service team.
  2. Once verified and approved as per our Refund Policy, the delivery charge will be refunded.
  3. Refunds are processed through the original payment method only.
    • Card payments will be refunded back to the same card used for purchase.
    • Refund processing timelines depend on the card provider and banking system.

Delivery Outside the UAE

  • Products listed on the Planters Paradise website are available for delivery only within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Orders may be placed from outside the UAE, provided the delivery address is within the UAE.

Age Requirement

Purchases may only be made by individuals 18 years of age or older.

Users under 18 may only use this website under the supervision and involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Commercial & Resale Use

If any of our products are purchased for commercial, business, or resale purposes, Planters Paradise shall not be liable for any:

  • Loss of profit
  • Loss of business
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of business opportunity

Signature upon Delivery

All deliveries require a recipient signature upon delivery. Orders will not be handed over without a responsible representative present to acknowledge receipt.
